Hey, we’re going to be breaking down the holiday bundles this year from Games Workshop.  These are the Age of Sigmar Bundles and we’re going to take a look at the point values of your new toys for Christmas (Or equally appropriate winter celebrations). Now a reminder that none of these toys pass the Christmas morning test.  Once you’ve gotten the kit you still need to get them out of the box, cut them free and put them together.

Deathwing 9th Edition (Part 1)

 So the 9th edition Space Marine codex is out, and because of that i’m revisiting my old Deathwing army.  With the new Index rules for the Dark Angels, there’s a brand new army on the block. i am actually thinking about dusting off the army case my Deathwing is in and putting them back on the tabletop.  So what does this look like and why am i considering this now in the middle of a pandemic and almost a year of isolation?  Well, the new rules are kind of neat.

Adventure Review: Wine and Spirits

Wine and Spirits is billed as a 4 hour adventure for the 5th edition of the Dungeons and Dragons rules set. Published by Rat King Games, and retailing for $7.99, it’s a horror themed adventure focused on a haunting in a small town that plays out over a single night.  I’ll talk a bit about what i like about the adventure, the things that get in the way, and the ease of you running/playing it in your home game.

 Hey everyone, we’re back with a very brief rundown of Into the Motherlands RPG that premiered Oct. 4th on Twitch.  Powered by the Cortex system from Fandom, and telling the story of lost explorers, Into the Motherlands is something that we haven’t seen before in the RPG livestream community.  The cast and crew are all black and/or POC and it’s a space that this cast and crew have created for themselves in our larger community.

Hey game fans, we’re back with another article on our Hobby project for 2020. Today we’re going to talk about Colors, and the paints we’re going to be using for this project. Most of this project is going to be using the Contrast line of GW paints. These are a lot of fun and I have had a decent amount of success with in the past.
